We decided we wanted to be the sort of shop where people could ask questions without being made to feel stupid or unworthy of the products they wanted to buy.
We wanted the vibe of an "old school" bike shop with the display principles of the West End's finest store. We wanted to be people you felt you could talk to. We like to think we've succeeded in meeting our original outline.
